Lovable Gazelle LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the FieldContent website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, join our waitlist, subscribe to a plan, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Full name and company name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Industry type and team size
  • Billing and payment information (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card number)

1.2 Content You Upload

When you use the FieldContent mobile app, you may upload photos, captions, and job site documentation. This content is stored on your behalf and remains your property (see Section 5).

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access)
  • Usage data (features used, interactions within the app, session duration)

1.4 Device Permissions

The FieldContent mobile app may request the following device permissions:

  • Camera: To capture photos of job sites directly within the app.
  • Photo Library: To select and upload existing photos from your device.
  • Location: To tag photos with job site location data for organizational purposes. Location data is only collected while the app is in use and with your explicit permission.
  • Push Notifications: To notify you of job assignments, content approval status, and important account updates.

You may revoke any of these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking certain permissions may limit your ability to use specific features of the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • To process your account registration and manage your subscription
  • To process and store photos and content you upload
  • To send you transactional communications (account confirmations, billing receipts, support responses)
  • To send you product updates, beta program communications, and marketing messages (you may opt out at any time)
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
  • To detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following categories of third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:

  • Supabase: Database hosting and file storage (US-based servers)
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
  • GoHighLevel: CRM and marketing automation for waitlist and customer communications
  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager: Website analytics and usage tracking

These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing their services to us and are required to maintain appropriate security measures.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, users, or the public.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States provided by Supabase. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will promptly notify affected users in the event of a data breach as required by applicable law.

5. Your Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Lovable Gazelle LLC a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service. We will never sell your content or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service without your explicit written consent.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and analyze site usage. We use:

  • Essential cookies: Required for the website and Service to function properly.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4, implemented via Google Tag Manager, to understand visitor behavior and improve the Service.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Uploaded photos and content will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure or upon request.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and uploaded content.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is designed for business use and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification.
