Getting Started

How do I create an account?
Download the FieldContent app from the App Store and sign up with your email address. Your account administrator can also invite you to join an existing organization.

How do I add team members?
Account administrators can invite technicians and other team members from the web dashboard at fieldcontent.com. Team members will receive an email invitation to download the app and join your organization.

What devices does FieldContent support?
The FieldContent mobile app is currently available for iOS. The admin dashboard is web-based and works on any modern browser, including desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Using the App

How do guided photo prompts work?
When a technician opens the app, they are guided through a series of photo prompts such as truck shots, before photos, action shots, and finished work. This ensures consistent, high-quality content every time without your team having to guess what to capture.

Can I upload photos without prompts?
Yes. While guided prompts help ensure consistency, technicians can also upload photos directly to the content library at any time.

What happens after I upload photos?
Uploaded photos go to the admin review queue. An office administrator reviews and approves content before it becomes available to your marketing team or agency.

Account and Billing

How do I update my account information?
Log into the web dashboard at fieldcontent.com and navigate to your account settings to update your profile, company information, or billing details.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Contact support@fieldcontent.com if you need assistance.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact support@fieldcontent.com for refund requests.

Privacy and Security

Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure to keep your photos and business data private to your organization.

Who owns the photos my team uploads?
Your organization retains full ownership of all content captured through FieldContent. We store and process photos solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Troubleshooting

The app is not uploading my photos.
Check your internet connection and make sure the app has permission to access your camera and photo library in your device settings. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app. Contact support@fieldcontent.com if the problem continues.

I forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to reset your password via email.

I’m not receiving email notifications.
Check your spam or junk folder. Add support@fieldcontent.com to your contacts to ensure our emails reach your inbox. If you still aren’t receiving emails, contact our support team.
